Training and education offered by HRToolbox is comprised of our implementation process as well as customized refresher education sessions on all areas of the system, including compensation software training on our various compensation-related tools.

Rapid Implementation

Our rapid implementation process is designed to have clients up and running very quickly. Once you have decided to move forward with HRToolbox, you will have a customized database, complete with employee data, ready to go-live in just a few weeks. Our implementation process includes three phases: Pre-Implementation Planning, the Implementation Workshop, and Post-Implementation. Throughout these three phases, the HRToolbox Client Services team will work with your company to establish guidelines and goals in reference to your usage of our system and will also educate your team on every aspect of HRToolbox. When our team wraps up your on-site Implementation Workshop, you will have a fully functional system for managing your global workforce.

Ongoing Client Education

We understand that staff and resources available to your team may constantly change and evolve, so we have created an HRToolbox University available within each client database. The University contains videos on many areas of our system including:

• Getting Started in HRToolbox
• Creating Additional Fields
• Creating Report Templates and Criteria Sets
• Creating Compensation Templates and Employee Compensation Packages
• Modifying and Updating Employee Compensation Packages
• Defining Payroll Cycles and Processing Payroll

In addition to these HRToolbox University videos that you can watch and review at your leisure, we also offer customized client refresher courses for your company. We can create these courses as online videos for your team or we can join your team on-site for a day or two of education on areas of HRToolbox that may be of interest.
